Happy Holidays! 

Anyone else last minute shopping? Because I am. Tried to be all “on top of it” this year. Yeah, no. Productivity lasts about 5 minutes and then I’m over it or hungry…. 

I’ve put together a quick little how-to on staying on track this holiday season. Below, I’ve included links to a couple deliciously simple and healthy recipes as well as some quick, at home HIIT workouts. Don’t let the holidays keep you from continuing your progress and reaching your goals.
